Hey I am in Argentina - how did that happen? A bit cotton mouth with the high altitude but excited nevertheless. How good is this?
Small border facility with a few indians and myself crossing. Bit embarrassed by the preferrential treatment I got. Smooth except for an official who was a bit suspicious of my Ëmergency Passport¨.
Some might say I have my head in the clouds but I am well above the clouds here.
Forty two kilometres of this switchback road coming down the Andes - what a bugger. Great road and I was just about the only one using it. Still got the smile on my face.
The
scenery changed several times through the day. Into some tropical rain forest stuff and then into open savanah.
